animated or not? if its with actors its the first one with the scene when rogue and bobby are together and pyro has a fireball behind his back and bobby freezes it i think

This is XMen the movie. Ice man was trying to comfort rogue, letting her know she around others with "gifts". She doesnt freeze people but temporarily drains their life force for personal gain, accidenitly at first. Thats y her first boyfriend or kiss stoppes moving and went into shock. She can also absorb and use other mutants powers for a short time.
