BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN AND YOU'LL LOSE WEIGHT. Do this while balancing a healthy diet, and you'll be in a good place. Remember that anything in excess is unhealthy. You can eat what you normally do, just modify portions and work out.
A month may be a little quick to expect lavish results, give it 5-6 months and you'd be golden and see results. It's really the dedication and the non-obsessiveness that will get you results. I've noticed it's the people who pass up the special occasion holiday cake to "lose weight" who end up essentially getting NO WHERE

Well you can start by eating healthy, no fast food or junk food & also exercise 4-6 days a week. Go to the gym or if u can't afford one just go for runs for about an hour or so. Do push ups & squats and crunches...you can lose 6-10 pounds in a month if you are really dedicated to losing it. And even if you don't feel like exercising just push yourself to do it

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge

If you have a seperate room keep small useful exercise equipment Use those equipment while reading and listening songs

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings
