Sounds like he might have some sort of blockage. He may be impacted/constipated. May need puppy stool softener. Check with vet

He may have gotten into something he wasn't supposed to. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets worse or has no change within the next day or so, take a stool sample and take the dog to the vet. If he doesn't eat or drink, take him to the vet sooner.

I ma wondering how old he is and has he had any of his puppy shots? He needs to have a the Parvo/Distemper shots. You need to contact the vet and find of how many of these shots he needs.

Like Valerie said,if it continues, take him to the vets for a checkup. Address the shots at the same time.
