Extremely sleepy, motion sickness, hard to wake up, nightmares, sore body?
The past few days I've become increasingly tired and fatigued, I've been sleeping through entire multiple alarms, I've been having multiple nightmares everytime I sleep, The more I move I feel nauseated and I'm also extremely sore. Mostly in my mid and lower back and thighs and knees. With occasional headache. No fever though. Also I have a Mucusy cough but I think it's just my allergies...anyways I don't wanna ask web md or mayo clinic cause it'll probs tell me I have malaria or something ridiculous.

Sounds like an infection. You dont have to have a fever to get them. I constantly have infections and no fever. Get yourself to a doctor and get some anti biotics
