Should I get a better CPU?
I'm getting a Radeon R9 270x GPU with a AMD Athlon 760k CPU. I was wondering if I should get a better CPU because I don't want the CPU to bottleneck the GPU when I game.

Your CPU won't bottleneck you graphics card. It's still quite fast, but a little old.
This means that it'll use more power and get hotter easier. So you could consider a better processor cooler, but it's not necessary.

no that cpu is fine its close to a fx series 4300 in terms of game prowess so its good enough
