well... Feng Shui was connected to Chinese religion.
it is only one aspect of a religion.
its like asking if the concept of prayer is a religion.. its apart of a religion.
like how astrology was part of Roman religion and now survives just as a superstitious belief.
not a religion, but nonsensical never the less.

Feng Shui and its Indian equivalent Vastu Shastra, is just a very ancient superstition.

Feng Shui is not a religion it is a concept of living in harmony with nature and elements that is most beneficial to a person.

As religion ( the word) comes from Latin 'religio' which means 'to bind' 'to tie'
then Yes - feng sui is a religion.
but that also goes for any thought-pattern/ doctrine that we believe in and follow.

Properly, Feng Shui is pseudoscience. It is a religion in the same manner that dowsing or ufology are religions.
Feng Shui does not have gods (but gods are not the sole requirements of religions, c.f. certain versions of Buddhism).
