Is the rising inflexion, God's way of punishing the Australians for being evil?

For your education, the rising inflexion is where every statement is made as if a question, with the tail end of the sentence rising in a questioning tone of voice. Listen to any Australian and you should now spot it. Quite annoying habit but they are evil, being descended from deported criminals and that MUST be in their DNA, so they need punishing.

I'm not sure what' rising inflection' means, but God doesn't punish folks today like that. We are to walk by faith and if this rising inflection is a cause of suffering, then we can try to discern what we need to do, like pray. Turn to God with all your heart. But true biblical punishment is for unrepentant folks who looked to their own righteousness and never trusted in Christ dying for sinners such as us.
