Is Veterans disability rating 90% with 10% unemployability considered 100% disabled?

Why would they rate a Veteran of the United States Navy or any other branch 90% and 10% unemployable. Are they paid at the 100%?

No. You must apply for and be awarded 100% based on Individual Unemployability.

You have to present evidence and have another Compensation & Pension Exam and a Rating Review specifically for that.
