Should we continue to give £450 Million per year to a Nation that allows ritual Murder?

Despite being a Nation that regularly see's Women Murdered, the latest outside a Court of law, in Honour Killings, which on this occasion was carried out with Bricks. We are increasing our gift of financial aid to Pakistan this year to £450 Million per annum.

A leading Pakistani human rights expert says that these killings are a regular occurrence and that probably less than 10% are reported to the police, of which even less are ever prosecuted.

A pregnant woman was stoned to death outside a court where she was fighting for her right to marry the man she loved. Her Father is in custody, but none of the others.

It would appear that under Sharia law, the family can agree that if the Father kills the Daughter, and so long as the Sons then forgive him, he has committed no crime.

In the vast majority of cases this holds up. Given the outcry about this very public crime, it may not work on this occasion even though only one person is in custody and according to reports, several people were involved. Some Police officers can be seen on some coverage, ignoring it as well.

This Country has Nuclear weapons, was the home to Osama Bin Laden and its Western borders were the launch centre for Taliban to attack our troops and then return to Pakistan.

Should we not stop giving money until they prove they are worth it?

Not to mention that they are politically and economically VERY unstable and have gone through more regime changes than any South American banana republic. Yes, I agree with you Pakistan should have aid cut off to it. The US and NATO should have cultivated India as an ally instead of Pakistan. India may be facing a lot of internal issues but they'd be far more reliable than Pakistan.

Problem is that if Pakistan's aid is cut off their already shaky economy and government would collapse causing another military coup. If things become too intolerable the military government may try to provoke a nuclear war with India to divert the citizens' attention away from the country's real problems.

We should not give any money or any kind of assistance to any of those Moslem countries.
ALL Moslems should be ashamed of the evil things they do to women & those who have different Spiritual beliefs.
Moslem women must be masochists because they don`t get together & overthrow the evil Moslem men who have enslaved them.
Women around the world should boycott Moslem owned businesses & come together to condemn the evil deeds that Moslems do to women.
The US is supporting these murderers by giving them money, weapons & military advice.
The Democrat Party, the Clinton Foundation & Obama`s Administration are chock-full of Moslems; many of them are radical Moslems, but this has not deterred them from their evil actions in any way. 
Moslems cannot wait until they have their flag hanging in front of our White House so they can establish their evil Sharia Law & start doing the same to our women & children.
The international community should stop allowing Moslems to migrate to their countries, if they know what is good for them.

Of course not all foreign aid ought only be given at times of dire need, such in the aftermath of natural disasters, otherwise it becomes rather like being given benefits.
