How do I send a message to other users?

On another Yahoo! Answers user's profile page, there is no option to send them a personal message or any information about their email address. I cannot reply to messages sent by them because it sends the messages instead to answers-alert@cc.yahoo-inc.com, and then claims there was an error.

Is there any other way to send a message to another user?

    No- that person has their settings set to no emails.

    Both parties must have the Y!A email turn on in their settings. A couple of times I received an email and when I replied (using the link in the email) they had turned their email off. I assume some people turn the email on, send a message, and then turn it off because they do not want a reply.
