Suicide. Heaven or Hell?

Only God judges the heart. No one on this earth can determine where you will go when if you commit suicide. Who would want to love a God who, after taking all we can, sends us to Hell if we commit suicide? John 3:16 clearly states that if you believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, you go to Heaven. The statement, "If you commit suicide, you will go to Hell," is a manmade statement. Suicide is murder, or at least what our government calls it. We picture Jesus as being loving and kind. Wouldn't you think that he would accept you with open arms after you come home from such a horrid place? I am not saying Jesus thinks it's good, or wants you to do it. You are put on this earth for a reason. You have a purpose. Neither am I suggesting that it is a good idea to commit suicide. But listen, NOBODY, NOBODY CAN TAKE AWAY YOUR FAITH AND YOUR RELIGION, NEITHER LIFE NOR DEATH. God designed this world, knowing the hardships after the first sin. NOBODY CAN TELL YOU WHERE YOU CAN GO, WHO YOU ARE, OR DESIGN YOUR FATE. ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE THE HEART. NOT EVEN THE MOST RIGHTEOUS PERSON. Because guess what? WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, AND STEALING AND MURDER ARE BOTH EQUAL IN GOD'S EYES. So if someone who is a Christian or Catholic, steals before they die and never repents, means they go to Hell? No!!! It's the same with suicide. If someone commits suicide, does it mean they will go to hell? In my own belief, no!!! People are entitled to their own opinion, right or wrong, but most people who tell you that you are going to Hell and claim that they are a Christian, well you have another thing coming, because if you think that you're so righteous and holy, you're wrong, because you sinned yourself. You can believe what you want, anyone can, but there is Biblical evidence that you will not go to Hell, and there are the Ten Commandments that people can back up as in saying that you will go to Hell. But just know, God will always love you. Also, to say to those that are not Christian or have no religion, the Bible clearly states that IF YOU DO NOT REPENT AND BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST IS YOUR LORD AND SAVIOR, YOU WILL GO TO HELL, but let NO ONE, tell you, you are going to Hell for sure. Let no one force you into something that you are not comfortable with, such as religion or Christianity. God DID NOT design being a Christian as a forceful choice, man did. As there may be consequences for the eternal decision, GOD IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN JUDGE YOUR HEART, NOT THE PREACHER DOWN THE ROAD OR YOUR CHRISTIAN NEIGHBOR. GOD LOVES YOU, AND AS ACTS CANNOT BRING SALVATION, NEITHER CAN VALIDATION FROM MAN.

Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Never give up on yourself; you are a valuable person.

The catholic bible stats murder in any sense is a mortal sin that lands you in hell, this includes suicide. But (even being a catholic) I do not believe that. The bible was written thousands of years ago, back then people saw mental illness in general a sign of being possessed by the devil. I do not believe that a God who cares about people would punish someone for being mentally ill. that's like condemning someone to hell for cancer. Mental illness is just that, an illness. It does not make you a bad person. But if you are suicidal, seek help. Someday you will look back one today and be glad you made it through. There is always a reason to keep going, sometimes we just haven't found it yet.

When you die, your spirit goes on progressing. You will have to keep dealing with existing no matter what. You will have to repent for the murder you committed, and repentance is more difficult after death. Basically, dealing with your feelings in life is a whole lot easier than after you die.

Hell.

Depends on what religion you believe in. If you believe in pre-christian beliefs such as European pagan religions and values, then you'd go to a place where it's considered heaven. You fight to live, suffer and in the end you die fighting (depression in this case) which is considered honorable (not suicide itself, but to fight to the death). The Judeo-Christian religion itself will mean you go straight to hell and the list goes on.
