I'm a teenage boy who has a fear of getting haircuts. I always think they will mess it up and I think about it constantly. It crosses my mind every single day and I hate it. I usually get a haircut once a month but I always think that it looks bad although people always say it's nice or never tell me anything bad about it. Is there a way to get rid of thinking this? It's been killing me and stressing me out a lot although I know it shouldn't.

Hello I am entering the 9th grade and I feel like I am dumb and will pass with low grades. I have gotten almost perfect grades last year except for a B but I feel like I am never smart enough. Also is there any tips for remembering the concept of certain subjects easier? I don't want to be the dumb kid in school. Also if you can give me tips or advice for entering high school that would be great. Thanks in advance.
