Will they charge me If I use my home wi-fi LTE or 4G

If you're using a home network like WiFi. Then no you will not be charged on your bill. If you use your radios internet you will be. That's 3g,4g and 4g LTE just make sure you see your WiFi band on the top part of your screen and not 4g. It also looks like you have three gigs remaining for the month. Just watch it and don't go over.
