I don't think you're going to get any takers unless you become bonded and insured, have a background check to provide someone and sign-up with a respected company. Who in their right mind would hire someone off the street to house sit? No one I know.

I had housesitters for several years, but would never have considered someone on a post like this. You need to be bonded and vetted. I wanted people that I could check out and that were known by people I trusted. You really can't do that with people coming from a foreign location. The people that I knew in Italy had family members looking after their house when away for vacation.

What are you? Stupid? Who's going to hire someone to sit in their house, watch TV, party and do whatever while they are away? And someone they don't know none the less. Give me a break....You should pay them. You get free accomadations.
