The long term effects of hydrolic fracking are unknown (as are the various fluids and chemicals used for it) and it seems smart to ask the questions now rather than 20+ years from now when the damage is done and past correction.

The XL Pipeline is not cancelled, it is currently tied up in the Supreme Court of Nebraska. And until the Nebraska Supreme Court has it's ruling there is nothing the POTUS can do one way or another.

And what territory did we keep after WW2? Europe was divided up among the European allies, Japan main land was kept by Japan but they lost all other gained territory to the US, Britian, and China. And Obama effects those divisions from 49 years ago how exactly?

Obama is capable of doing one thing and one thing only. That is the conversion from a capitalist republic to a socialist republic as soon as possible. If that means continuously lying for the cause, so be it.

If the right does win a majority in the Senate, and keeps the House, you will see and hear lies, and corruption like you have never seen before.

You will see riots in the streets to support him, race riots, fights, cars tipped over, stores looted, all the bells and whistles. Wait and see.

In America we say innocent until proven guilty. Like Sterling. No one called him a racist. They were waiting for a court finding before they would do that.

Right now he is doing damage control with his base because the illegal prisoner swap is even bothering some Democrats. So he is doing what he thinks the base of his party wants to keep them from siding with the group calling for his impeachment.

The only opinion that I have to share on the rest of your questions is that we should at least know what is in the fluid that they use to frack. However, it is against the law for us to know what it is. Obviously, it is seriously toxic if they have gone to such means to hide what it is.

Obama wants things that aren't popular.

He wants to push aspects of his agenda that he knows are indefensible.

So he avoids the issue and just does what he wants....then when people raise the issue he denigrates their opinion by calling their opinion phoney, or "whipped-up" by politicians...
