Little cherubs make cute pictures but there are no children in heaven. The ones who have died are sleeping in God's memory and He will awaken them after Armageddon. They will then grow into adults and be given the same choice as you and me. To follow God or Satan.

I believe all children under the age of accountability enter Heaven immediately upon death.
