Is it possible to play watch dogs in nvdia gt 610 2gb ddr3 atleast in lowest settings..?

Because I am planning to Buy it.

    resolution - 1360 X 768

    FPS - Max 20 (Without FRAPS)

    Low settings with only FXAA on

    decrease the resolution to 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 and turn off FXAA to get better fps so that game can be playable
