My older desktop, a Gateway, just stops.?

It will run for about 20 minutes then shut off. I have to unplug and wait, and then it will do the same. If I just turn off the puter from the main switch it will not go back on. Both fans are working fine, but they also shut down. It is a cool room, and I have even opened the sides to allow more air into the area.

    If swapping out the psu and still the same problem could be the motherboard is failing, try also swapping out the ram
