Well, as you get older you naturally age. However, eating healthy foods will keep you stronger for longer and increase you lifespan.

NO!! And honestly don't do that, its not healthy. Its good to have a cookie here and there or a slice a pizza a week. It is good for you

A web site I recommend is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=547 by Steve and Becky Holman.

They teach you how to look younger and literally reverse the aging process. This program is not about drugs, supplements or gimmick. It's 100% natural: there are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop the aging process. They also teach all the things the you absolutely have to avoid if you want to slow the aging process and achieve your ideal body.

    Cheers.

Eventually, everyone gets wrinkles and dies:

The most you can can do is slow this process down, but just slightly according to studies.
