Digestive track HELP!!!?
I eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal I eat, yet I still have problems. I get really stinky gas and I'm SUPER bloated, and then the next day, i am constipated. Its been an ongoing problem. When I do poop my body gives me about a 30 second warning. How do I fix this?

It kind of sounds like you have IBS or a gluten sensitivity.
If I were you - just as an experiment - I would put myself on a low carb diet (40 to 50 carbs per day). Low carb diets are naturally low in gulten because you'll want to stay way from too many "man made" products like cake and bread - and stay away from white foods like rice, potatoes...etc. You can eat them - but only very little amounts. Be sure to count the carbs.

Carbonated drinks such as sodas or beer are notorious for causing gas, because they already contain gas.
Many vegetables cause gas. Broccoli, cauliflower, and other vegetables from the cabbage family are well known. There are lots of others, as well as fruits, some of them unique to the individual. Look up "flatulence" on Google.com.
Do you have hemorrhoids? They can deaden the sensory nerves in the rectum and anus, so you don't have much warning when you need to have a bowel movement.
Your whole complex of difficulties might need to be evaluated by a physician. Perhaps a referral to a registered dietician would help as well.
