How do creationists explain dinosaurs? Do they think they are all fake?

Creationists don't explain anything, because creationism explains nothing. Their whole mantra is 'goddidit'. Every issue that disproves their IDiocy is met with a 'godidiit', as if that means anything whatsoever.

God, as mentioned above, created them. There is a remarkable number of references in the Bible to dinosaurs or behemoths or dragons (eg. Job 40, numerous in the Psalms, ). Dinosaur is a relatively new term conjured up within the last 200 years at most. There are also a number of studys & series that discuss this (drdino.com for eg.) that an incredible number of people have never even heard of & are certainly not mentioned by popular media. Let me remind you most importantly about the gospel which is:

1) God loves you & created this universe & has a wonderful plan for your life

(Genesis 1:1, John 3:16,10:10, Jeremiah 29:11)

2) Man is sinful & separated from God and cannot experience His love & forgiveness

(Romans 3:23, James 3:2)

3) Jesus died on the cross for all the sins of all mankind for all time

(1 Peter 3:18, 1 Timothy 2:5)

4) You can get to know this Jesus personally as your Lord & Saviour by inviting Him

into your life as an expression of your faith (Rev. 3:20, Heb. 11:1, 6, John 1:12)

It's a good question. For my particular faith/religion, there isn't an official explanation, but here's mine.

Everyone knows the story of how God created the earth in "7 days." We believe that a "day" for god has a TOTALLY different meaning than our days. After all, we judge days by the earth's rotation around the sun. If God is in heaven, that definition of day wouldn't make sense.

These days could have been millions, even billions of earth years. Man wasn't made until the last day, which leaves plenty of time before man for dinosaurs to have lived.

One was described in the book of Job, chapter 40, starting with verse 15.

No, it's not a hippo or an elephant from the description of its tail.

Hard to believe but creationists actually think T.rex and people lived together peaceably. The stupidity of science deniers is unlimited.

Maybe like they claim with Neanderthals when compared to our species of human... just some deformed individuals.

Perhaps they will say dinosaurs were just chickens with a gland condition.

Have you seen the Creation Museum? They literally think that humans rode dinosaurs. They have a dinosaur with a saddle on it in that museum.
