why do you have to be 35 to be a president?

With age comes experience. It's a frightful idea to have a man in office who has not experienced the stress and life lessons that comes with simply: Living.

The Governmental and political process of even rising up to be president takes many years, also getting your name out there means something. A lot of it is building a profile with the ruling heads, and the civilians that may or may not support you.

The brilliant analysts back in the day decided that their algorithm made it clear that by the age of 35, you had moved beyond immaturity.

It's the reason people can't join the police at 18, they have to wait until 21.

Look who people in their 20's voted for in 2008 and 2012 ... Thats why 20 year olds shouldn't be President.

I'm 29... and I look back and can't believe how dumb I use to be just a few years ago.

Even if there were no age limit someone would need to accomplish enough to get thought of by the major political parties to be someone they'd throw their support behind. With this criteria I doubt anyone below 40 would make the grade.

The forefathers decided to be like that. People below 35 are not as mature as ppl above 35. ( common sense).

35 is barely old enough, Some very important things can only come from experience. And that is not apparent until you obtain it.
