Grape plant infected with Xylella fastidiosa bacterium, advise pls...?

I treated my grape plant because its Been infested by sharpshooter bugs which have spread the Xylella fastidiosa bacterium that has been causing leaf necrosis. I also have a large lemon tree next to it that's involved also.

I sprayed down the trees with colloidal silver which is known to kill pathogens but I'm not sure what to expect results wise. I've got my fingers crossed, anyone have an idea how effective it might be. And what product should I use to get rid of the sharp shooters, basically, what works, the cheaper the better as i'm on a budget. Raid Foggers?

The bacterium is inside your grape vines. Even assuming colloidal silver has any affect on it (which it is not shown to do), you would have to be injecting it, not spraying it.

Unfortunately, no one has discovered anything to combat this particular problem with grapes.

If you have indeed diagnosed it properly, and they are infected, just remove and destroy the plants. The only way to deal with it right now is to plant resistant cultivars. Or more far enough north where it doesn't seem to thrive.
