What top should be worn with these shorts?

It looks like a skirt, but when u put it on they are definitely shorts, and the could be pulled up like a high rise. I got them because i thought they were cute and would probably look like a skirt when i put them on; instead, they look like baggy shorts.

I dont want to return them, nor do i want to shove it in the back of my closet. I know theres some tops out there that would go with these shorts.

I even looked at the website to see what the model was wearing, but there was no model! (I got the from American Eagle)

So again, what top should be worn with these shorts?
