Why does YouTube break when i log in?

When I am signed out of YouTube the website works perfectly fine e.g loading thumbnails, showing comments etc. It's only when i sign in to YouTube do the problems start like not showing comments, not loading thumbnail to videos and not allowing me to bring up the menus to sign out or look at my subscriptions (leaving me to have to log out of my gmail account).

    Open command prompt and type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and then run a scan using Ccleaner.
