Religious people follow the belife that God exists using no evidence to support that claim using only a book written by people who werent acctually eye-witnesses to any events, yet demand to see proof of evolution so they will belive it. Then when given supporting evidence they ignore it and state "if evolution is real then why don't monkey's give birth to humans?" then go around acting like they won somthing? is it so hard to understand that all life came from a single cell organism, because they don't have to stop beliving in thier god for it since they could say God created the first cell (he didn't but it's better believing that than ignoring a very real fact).

Me and my friend Sam recently were invited to a party by somone we both new called Dan, at the party there was only Dan's friends with no one else we knew there.

I, myself, am an outgoing person so I joined in with what everyone was doing, but Sam sat uncomfortably in the middle of everyone quietly.

About an hour into the night my friend (Sam) rang his mum up to pick him up. Instead of telling me he was leaving because he was uncomfortable he said his sister was in hospital so his mum was coming to get him.

When I asked him why he lied he said that he thought i would be upset/disapointed in him because he left.

He's my best friend and I would have understood if he felt too uncomfortable since he was out of his element. Why would he ned to lie?

If somone was at the braking point, no-matter what they did to try to get them selves out of deprssion, and their life was so bad it's now drove them to suicide. Why do instead of comforting them we call them selfish and make them feel even worse by telling them that what they want to do is selfish and they are a bad person for thinking about it.

Isn't it hypocritical of the person saying that. Wouldn't it be considered selfish to force somone to live even though they hate life so much they want to end it just so family members or friends don't have to feel sad?

Why do people who've moved to western countries get upset about christmas being on display? I only ask because I've started to realize that celebrating Christian holidays is a some-what touchy subject in Christian countries. If western people started moving to the east and started complaining about their holidays it wouldn't be tolerated.

How can i get a skateboard out of a British canal three days after being dropped. It should be weighed down by the metal on it, but the water is too murky to see it

i need help

I've recently had the beginnings of the brace fitted to my second to back teeth with an arch going just under the roof of my mouth leaving a gap. I don't know if there's meant to be a gap between them since my dentist never told me, also i cant swallow food since chewed food with get caught on the arch of the braces when i try to swallow pulling on my teeth and hurting my mouth.

will this go away or will i have to either deal with it or just stick with soup until they come out.

note: it doesn't hurt to chew

My mum is trying to force me to let my little sister play one of my games, I understand how childish that sounds but hear me out. I am extremely protective of my stuff even things I don't use, and my sister is know for breaking everything. She broke her laptop, laptop charger, mum's laptop charger, her ipad and charger and phone so of course i don't want her touching anything of mine.

I pointed this out to both my sister and my mum yet it's made out i'm the one in the wrong so my mum's let her go into my to go through my stuff to find it even after I said 'no'.

so why does she do this?

Every so often my sister or mum would see our cat trying to catch a bird. They would then catch the cat and lock it in the house telling it off and yelling at it (even though it only recognizes language as sounds such as its name) then they lock the cat in the house until the bird disapears due to it being taken by another animal or flying off.

I want to know why they're playing God in the sense that they are stopping nature.

When I am signed out of YouTube the website works perfectly fine e.g loading thumbnails, showing comments etc. It's only when i sign in to YouTube do the problems start like not showing comments, not loading thumbnail to videos and not allowing me to bring up the menus to sign out or look at my subscriptions (leaving me to have to log out of my gmail account).
