i dropped a skateboard in a canal!?

How can i get a skateboard out of a British canal three days after being dropped. It should be weighed down by the metal on it, but the water is too murky to see it

    It's highly doubtful that it's still there is if's a flowing canal, but even if it is all you can do is get a pair of goggles and dive for it, there's no way to unmurk the water.
