What type of records should a company have on hand.?
I work for a hedge fund and they don't even have employee file folders. We are moving soon and I want to get this place in order. Is there a website were I can get all this information from?

Do a google search for a records retention schedule. It will show what needs to be kept, and for how long.
Doesn't mean that you have to have them physically onsite - they could be in storage, in the cloud, etc.
