wearing shorts to an Abercrombie and Fitch interview?

I'm still amazed how people think weather changes what is all the sudden okay wear for a job interview. That's ridiculous. I don't care how hot it is outside, you always dress professionally. I'm in Texas and have to wear pantyhose everyday to work and that doesn't stop because it's blazingly hot outside. Last time i checked, retail interviews are conducted inside in the AC, not outside. And why does it have to be shorts? You can't wear a skirt?

Stop being lazy and dressing like a slob and put on some actual dress clothes. It won't kill you. Put on a blouse, a pair of long Black flare dress pants and high heels, makeup and polish your nails. Dress up.

Ugh I hate when adults come and respond to Abercrombie and Hollister Interviews YOU GUYS DONT UNDERSTAND.... at an Abercrombie interview it is acceptable to wear anything they sale at the store (They actually prefer that) ... You could wear a crop top and low rise shorts as long as you look good in it. SO When you ask these questions make sure you ask for only A&F, Hollister employees to respond otherwise you get stupid answers. Dress in whatever you look best in but i recommend only wearing their clothes.

It will depend on the weather for me really. In the fall I like to wear longer skirts and in the wintertime I wear longer ones with my boots, but in the summer and spring I favor to wear short summertime dresses.

Whatever you are feeling the most comfortable in would let him observe that you're laid back and assured, and that is a turn on for guys

Do not wear shorts. It is still a job interview and they want you to look professional. How can they expect you to put effort into the job if you can't even put effort into the interview? Try wearing a short sleeve blouse and a business skirt. They do have business shorts but I find that they aren't very fashionable. Or maybe try a solid black dress with a blazer over top. You can wear just the dress there and put the blazer on for the interview.

I realize it's Abercrombie and all, and it's a more casual work enviroment, but you should at least TRY to dress a BIT more formally to the interview.

Wear their shorts, but try to stick to capris or jeans.
