Light Cheesecake

1 small pkg lemon jello

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese

1/2 c. sugar

1c. boiling water

1 can evaporated milk

Blend jello, cream cheese, sugar and boiling water. Whip the evaporated milk, then mix with jello mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust (2 cups crushed graham crackers mixed with 6 T of butter and pressed in pan) in a 9x13 pan. Top with a can of pie filling, cherry is good.
