Why do guys stare at me, btw I'm a guy?

Is there a reason? An I think most of these guys are straight so I don't get it.

    When a man stares at another man, it's for 1 of 2 reasons: he's thinking "I know you" or "I think you're handsome" - that is, he's gay.
