where to get a tattoo if you're a tall skinny girl?

Im 6 feet tall and 107lbs. I'm healthy this way. I know it sounds shocking. But I've gotten plenty of lab work done and it seams I can't gain weight.

But I have a couple small symbols I wanted to get. I was thinking near my wrist. All of me is boney, but I wanted to be able to show it off, not be too worried when I gain a couple pounds, and I want it too look good standing alone, and with clothes on. I'm also super white. I code almost every day, so anywhere under normal clothes is scary white, so probably not there. But i could be persuaded.

Any ideas?

If you cant to show them odd while wearing clothes the arms would probably be the best spots. The best thing for you to do would be to go to a good artist (after checking out their portfolio) and have a consultation with them to see where the most flattering places for those tattoos would be. Where really looks best will depend on the shape of the tattoos and how they relate to the shape of your body.

Don't worry so much about fat v. bone. A lot of people say that but the pain levels in different places really depend more on how exposed or sheltered the area is, how many nerves are close to the surface, and how your own nervous system is laid out. Exposed areas (like the outer arms and shins) tend to be less painful than sheltered areas, and it tends to get more painful the closer you get to the central nervous system (spine, sternum, collarbone, etc.). Generally speaking, of course.

Your Dads right it wont look good when your 80 but still you only live once. :) Ide just think about what kind of tattoo you have because you dont want your style to change in about 2 years time and then be stuck with a tattoo. ide wait until your a bit older just to make sure your 100% about getting it :)

Get it in the place where you have the most fat, although you really don't seem to have any. If the needle hits bone it will hurt.
