Should I do the run?

Hi i know this sounds utterly stupid but i just want a yes no answer with a reason because there's a 5km run tmr and i dont know whether i should go or not... i dont want to but i've got a sports day coming up and need to practice for that.. but im not doing 5km for the sports day!!!

    Depends on how close the 5 km is to your sports day as you obviously want to conserve your energy for that. If it's less than a week away I would say don't run the full 5 km. Go for much shorter runs as practice for your sports day.

    Yes.

    Do it because it's a challenge. Do it because there's no real reason not to. Do it because if you do you'll feel proud, and if you don't you'll feel bad. And do it because it's good practice to keep active.
