Some countrys are poor and some are rich because the country makes ether a lot of products to sell or buys other countrys products and sometime these countrys waste to much money on things that they dont need

It depends resources, the ability to ship goods, political stablility, free markets, and a government that is not corrupt help. Often times you will find in poor nations goverments that change violently once every several years, markets that are completey controlled by the government who is corrupt. There are a few though that are land locked, have very few resources that are poor but most of the time it's poltical instability.

Quantity of resources and political stability mostly.
