If I only trade a stock in an IRA, does wash sale apply?

I am above 59 1/2 so no problem with early withdrawal. I don't plan to purchase the stock in any regular account. I might want to sell or purchase within a month, but always inside of IRA.

Not if you only trade in the IRA as losses from trades within IRAs are not allowed to be claimed as capital losses anyway.
