way to prevent epididymo orchitis? UK?

This is the second time i have had this infection my doctor gave me anti-biotic which i have been having for 5 days but the infection is not going but the pain has lessened. is there any way to get rid of the infection because my anti biotics is finishing and i cant go to the doctors because i am having a surgery on my arm in 2 days. also can i still have the surgery even though i gave an infection? And also is there anyway to prevent the infection?

    hi, sorry to know that you have had epididymo orchitis. and according to your situation, it seems that the antibiotics cannot cure your disease totally because of the drug tolerance.

    and since you have had surgery, please take care of yourself, or you may affect postoperative infection.

    you seriously need to contact the doctor and have this fixed before you go under the knife......spreading the infection could be a disaster to your health.....at the very least inform the surgeon asap about this infection.
