What color will my gsd be?
Her father is a bi black and tan, and her mom is a saddle back. She hasn't changed at all from 5 weeks to just over 8 weeks. I don't care either way, she's a good girl, but just wondering if there is any way to tell. There were 4 girls in the littler. Mine and one other were both dark. One girl had LOTS of tan and I didn't get to see the 4th as she was already gone.

She's not sable, neither are her parents. I'm wondering if she will lighten or not.

The color it currently is. You dont expect a sable dog to turn into a black and red one as it ages, do you?
My current working male is 17 months and he is dark sable, as he aged, he became darker, but, still sable.
