I have been using on since September 24th, 2013. I love it. It was a bit difficult to switch over at first but now I use my e-cig full time. If you go with a refillable tank setup then you can use a multitude of flavors other then regular/menthol tobacco flavors. Right now I have Strawberry Granita, yum. There are also a wide variety of strengths as far as nicotine goes. It can range from 0mg/mL (0%) all the way up to 36mg/mL (3.6%). Most places offer a top end of 24mg/mL (2.4%) but that is still a very high amount of nicotine. I was a pack-a-day smoker and I was getting too much nicotine too quickly from the 24mg/mL so I switched to an 18mg/mL almost instantly.

One very crucial word of warning. e-Juice should only contain Propylene Glycol (PG) and/or Vegetable Glycerin (VG), nicotine, flavoring and sometimes water. If you ever see any other ingredients, be sure to research them. Some really scummy people have tried to pass off antifreeze as e-juice. Also, some people are propylene glycol intolerant. If you get headaches, nausea, or any other digestive related ailment, switch to a Max VG base.

They probably aren't THAT safe.. but they are probably better than normal cigarettes. I've tried it a few times, enjoyed.
