During lockdowns do schools lock the students inside?

    Odd question. What do you think the purpose of a lockdown is? Why is is safer to lock the students inside the school? What danger is this designed to block? Do remember that school entrance doors have panic bars so it is possible to get out of halls. Locked classroom doors also open from the inside but not from the hall.

    Yes. The teachers lock the classroom doors from the inside and move the students as far away from doors and windows as possible.

    Yes. We have to lock our doors and not let anyone in until we get the "all clear" announcement.
