Of course not. They put those locks on the door, just to invite people in.
YES. IT IS TRESPASSING. It is not "abandoned"... it still belongs legally to someone who does not consent to you being there.

Hmm...so does the trespassing come before or after the breaking and entering and damage to property, possession of burglary tools?
