G in 2G, 3G and 4G stands for the “Generation” of the mobile network. Today, mobile operators have started offering 4G services in the country. A higher number before the ‘G’ means more power to send out and receive more information and therefore the ability to achieve a higher efficiency through the wireless network.

Hi I believe 4G is a faster download speed. Dont think it matters what your using, it won't affect it.

Like BT broadband is good but infinity is a lot faster so they can charge you more money. Your ok on 3G it's here to stay. Unless your one of the people that like the latest phone on EE because it keeps up with streaming video's and films. Just makes it faster so there's no buffering page freeze.

    hope this helps.
