Do you become immune to hot coffee? If I keep on drinking hot coffee and burning my tongue, will it eventually adapt?

Update:

I've been drinking coffee for two years and I'm starting to wonder if people's tongues just adapt to coffee or if I'm just stuck with a sensitive tongue

No, it will not adapt to being burned.

However, if you burn your tongue enough, over time you won't feel it as much.

It'll stop working. I don't wanna live in a world where I can't taste glorious food.

Burning your tongue is a bad sign and not recommended. Drink your coffee at a cooler temperature - it tastes better anyway!
