Is calling a Judge, Judge instead of "your honer" an appropriate name?

    Both "Your Honor" or "Judge" is acceptable...

    Its acceptable to call the judge your Honor, or Judge, you can even call him "Layman" last name like if his last name is Smith, you can say "Your honer Layman Smith"
