From where do I start reading the novel series the legend of the legendary heroes?
Just finished the anime. Am aware that there is a second novel series directly continuing from where the first left of called 'the legend of the great legendary heroes'.
So do I start reading from the second series and if yes from which novel onwards?

The anime contains the first 11 volumes of the light novel. So you're supposed to start at "Dai Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu".

if im not mistaken The Anime covered all volumes of DnYnD. you can either read whole novel from the start to read the scenes that was not in amine or start reading Dai densetsu
