Posable in a limited way. As more Africans make the run for Europe and they have a person shortage for low wage jobs there. Parts of S America in coming years would be more health care for older people as there youth move to America but that is 15 years off before that depopulation will kick in there. In Asia they have a people surplus so we would not be quilified for there low wage jobs, Takes a good education to work at them. So in places yes that will happen in a limited way in the very low wage sector of those jobs.
