I wanna prank call without get caught?

Hello, so one of my friends just got ditched by one of his own friends for stupid reasons. Now my friend wants me to prank call this guy for revenge( since I have prank calling experience). I'm eager to do it because I feel bad and this man pretty much deserves what he will get. The thing is I don't intend to harass him, I just want to screw around with him for a little. Here are the conditions before prancing him

1. I will be on vacation in another country, I plan to use the hotel Internet to prank call him.

2. I'm debating whether I should use my own account or create a new one.

3. Last time I pranked him was 2 months ago, and I plan to call him using a soundboard I made that includes clips of his own voices( from the previous calls).

I just want to know if I have to worry with the chances of being caught or not. I know it's a little childish but I can't deny my friend'a request.
