How can I undergo tooth surgery if I have severe heart failure?

I have an infection caused by hole in my tooth! I'm in agony and pain killers seem to be not working! I'm thinking of visiting a dentist but I'm concerned about my heart condition! I have been suffering from heart disease for the past 10 years and I'm not taking any medication! I know dentists use local anesthesia to extract tooth and I am afraid it may stop my heart! Any advice pls? Can I get my tooth pulled without the administration of anesthesia? Guys I can't even drink Caffeine containing drinks, energy drinks, and alcohol due to my heart condition!

Seems to me they should Gas you and you will feel nothing at all... Its MORE IMPORTANT that you Stop access to you Brain and Heart BY that Bacterial infection, to have the work completed .. MOST important is you need to realize your Infection can actually Kill you before YOU even get an appointment if you keep dicking around.... Last year I felt pain from a loose filling, I stopped AT my dentist office at 4 pm, and He happily dragged me in the exam room took a look and called his Oral surgeon ( who I have been to before) They did a root canal and I was home by 5:15 pm the "saving grace is that they both helped me, giving me time to pay (over a year for both) but As You said Anyone with any Heart issue is potentially in Serious trouble when it comes to periodontal disease or Oral infections he's a little graphic about it ..... I would suggest it payments an issue you discuss 10 dollar a month payments (if need be) they have to do it

    They can use local anesthesia.

    Just call and ask.

And remember, if you do not have insurance, they will want payment upfront.
