Where you live, what percentage of the population are rapist?

Estimates vary. Some feminists claim all men are rapists. The same biased study that concluded 1 in 4 women are raped on college campuses, concluded 6% of men are rapists. I've seen other estimates in the 3% range.

A rape culture is a culture that promotes rape. I don't think promotion is so much a matter of percentages but of policy. That said, I find it odd that someone would conclude that a culture in which less than 5% of males rape and in which rape is a felony crime is somehow a culture that promotes rape.

Males are murdered at 5 times the rate of women, but I don't think that means we live in a culture that promotes the murder of men.

We don't even have rape in Canada - it's called sexual assault.

I think numbers mean little because the rape culture is more about women NOT reporting rape than reporting it. In Saudi Arabia the rate in 1988 was at 21.9 rapes per 100,000 population but that is because victims can be put in prison for often longer than the rapist. This supports rape with impunity there. In the Maldives they flog victims so do you think any victims report the crime? In the west it's more about insensitivity and poor policing and promoting victims as liars and sluts.

Or is that just reported rapists.

Most rapes occur because woman/wives don't have the right to say no.
