will my drug waiver follow me?
I have a waiver for 2 uses of marijuana and my question is, if I wanted to get a job with a security clearance after my contract expires will the waiver disqualify me?

Your waiver will almost definately follow you. Especially in the age of technology. Whether or not it will disqualify you is another matter. If you take a drug test and show up clear since marijuana eventually leaves your system, they might let you. Whatever you do, don't lie on any applications or to anyone. It will only come back to bite you.
