I need to lose 50 pounds but because I cannot eat the veggies that fill the stomach with empty calories?

I am always hungry. any suggestios on how to fill up without lettuce cabbage etc.

    Judy, start off slow. The human body is a really cool thing you have, I bet you don't own anything cooler. Start walking EVERY day...a mile to start off. Just a 30 minute walk...after a week when its not as hard, pickup the pace, and add another 10-20 minutes. Don't sit on the couch and watch your favorite TV show. When you exert energy, you can consume food and your body will burn it off. Just watch your FAT's on the foods you eat, and keep it under 2000 cal a day. In a week your stomach will shrink..and you will not be as hungry all the time. CUT SODA/POP/COKE whatever you call it, Potato chips...gone. Eat normal and snack on carrots. Do not give up when you are only 2lbs lighter after a week!!!! Keep working harder, and watch your calorie intake.
